I've used JB Weld on bike parts in past. Holds up very well

I've used JB as well on sled motors and some outboard stuff. Seemed to work well for me. I saw on SF guys using PC-7 I think...

i tried to get some pc7 last fall and i couldnt find it in Canada. home depot web site says they carry it but try telling that to someone in a store  i tried composites canada they had no idea what i was talking about and noahs...., they suggested "thickened epoxy resin" .. same product recommended to use as core material in my boat :x instead of balsa core and core bond :x " thickened epoxy resin fixes all "......... morons been breathing resin a little too long

Try either the aluminum or steel Devcon Epoxy.

I tried to find that stuff back when we were fooling with sleds and couldn't find it up here...but that is what was originally recommended to us. I've seen some stuff used that seems to shrink and pull away from the cases...but I dunno what it is..
