Trying to figure out the motor hight on my cat. Its a shallow v inbetween the sponsons untill about 2' from the transom. Then the v turns flat for the remaining part of the bottom. So the back 2' of the bottoms about 2-3" heigher than the front. Should i be setting the hight off the transom or the lower v portion? Heres a pic i took from the back so you can see what i mean.

I'll guess...lol. Put a straight edge across your sponsons at the transom and measure from there..
