Can anyone tell me how to test the fuel pump on a 300 promax for consistancy?

We will have to go for many rides and high speed test passes to ensure the pump is in good working order. :D

Check this link Jay. Not sure what issues your having, if any, but it's good conversation.

You need the proper gauge/tool but there should be a schrader valve (tire valve) on the "out" or pressure side of the fuel system. You patch in there and you should be able to see what the high pressure side is doing. Paul has the tool I'm sure as would any merc dealer (if they know how to use it is another story)...if you want it to run.....
