anyone know where to get parts to rebuild a starter i have a merc 1150 starter isnt cranking all it needs is brushes, dont want to pay for a new starter,

could try these guys... owner is a TORC racer and sponsors the Erinsville event... Ask for Doug Overbury. Will ship stuff anywhere I believe.

don is not there anymore, his son is running it now, :| he said he will fix me up, and he quoted me cheaper then people are asking for used starters. :D

I knew Don was gone,but figured if you asked for him the guys there would think you've been around buying starters for your stroller! :lol: good guys there,will help you any way they can!
