Hdog, any update/thoughts on the 2up trlr?
I have Shoremaster 1200PWC lift(w/o canopy), ample 1200capacity for T weight, light, cantilever could work w proper trlr frame. Top/bottom boat can be offset 6-8" left/right of each to allow lower cowl & upper gcase to overlap laterally.
Spec: http://shoremaster.com/files/Brochures/ ... 1847AM.pdf

The fellow that builds the 2 side by side trailers is coming to the boat show to measure Craig's T boat and see if he can design a trailer set up for the T's. If? you want to be present, I can let you know the day and time he will be at the show.

The side by side trailer fellow will be at our booth at the TIBS on Saturday Jan. 19th at noon for those interested.

I have been in conversation with a company that makes aluminum boat lifts.
They have a vertical lift and we have been talking about how to incorporate bunks on the bottom frame.
I believe this style would be ideal as the lift is more sturdy than your typical cantilever style.
Cost may be the pohibitive factor.
I could adapt his lift to any boat trailer frame with the correct weight capacity.
Or, I could build a trailer to suit.

To anyone considering this, what is your price range/budget.
I realize the less expensive the better, but we do have to consider safety.

What would be the inside width clearance necessary for your boats?
Do you want to consider a drag boat on the bottom/top?

For me it would be awesome to get the stv on the bottom and the tboat on top.... then I would just need a dolly for the t boat

Let me see what we come up with Jay.
I am working on keeping it within the 102" legal width for a drag boat.
This has to include the winching set up as well.

I'm considering the t on top of the drag, I have come to the conclusion that a side mounted cantilever is simplest to use boat of choice, but I haven't measured the lower trailer yet so see how far the t has to overlap to stay in the 102" or close! I have a licensed trailer fabricator near that can add weld the brackets needed to keep things legit! It may require offsetting the t a little on its trailer to stay within road legal limits!

Sure did, Brant who is the fellow that makes the 2 side by side trailers showed up ON TIME for the Saturday meeting at the TIBS. He took notes and some measurements. Brant e-mailed the following week for some more info. I had Dave Elsey respond. Brant is seeing if it is possible. If so, he would like to loan the light Tuff boat to actually fit on the trailer and demonstrate it.
