Your boat is about 30 lbs. heavier than mine, if I include the rear cowl. Your rigging is a little heavier. Your correct in stating our total weights with drivers are almost identical. I figured mine is about 785-795 lbs. This is why I think the minimum weight in T-750 should be raised. Your weight is distributed throughout the boat. Mine is all in the bow or drivers seat. That hurts quite a bit.

Pulled the steering out yesterday and weighted it: 16lbs total (wheel, helm, cable, some hardware).
Found the weight for my home made jack plate: 17lbs.
So the hull is right at 300lbs.

This project should be a good advertisement for those who are building boats properly.
I can't believe how many voids there are in between the gel coat and the first layer of glass.
The gel was obviously brushed on to the mold and didn't flow out, so every brush stroke ridge is a potential problem.

The other issues are the mangled dash and transom/splashwell areas.

The exterior of the transom is about a 1/8" skim coat of bondo under the paint.
You can see in the pic above how the 3M sealant tore a section of bondo off when the jack plate was removed.

Interesting that there is core in your delta. Which sections of the boat had core? Ours had none and we did not install any when we redid the hull

Not sure what is under the floor yet, but there are two areas of core between the outer most strakes and the hull sides, from the transom 4 feet forward.
