Complete motor in pieces. Have all parts. Small 100 block 60hp. Good lower unit in really nice shape (has been on Little Charger jr's boat for the last 2 seasons) and short 15" mid. Motor not blown up. Could likely run the way it is but I'd freshen it up if you were going to race it.

Decided to freshen the motor up with a honing, some new wiseco pistons, bearings and some CCM reeds. Will soon be ready as a turn key motor.;
