You didn't answer the question. ?? I won't reply anymore to this thread after this but I'd like to know what you're thoughts about Ted's boat and why ..... and then I'll let you all get back to doing what you do

I also feel bad for wasting internet space in this topic when it was about James great speed achievement and more to come.

Opinions and thoughts are great. It would be pretty dang boring in here if we all agreed all the time. It is ok to celebrate the achievements but temper it with concern over ones well being. In fact I would be more concerned if there was no talk of being safe as a minimum or the enough is enough already your boat is really fast comments as well.

I know, it was deliberate. It goes as fast as it goes. If it goes 110mph+.. Than that is VERY impressive to me. Nobody is wasting space or time. We are airing our opinions and we are all friends. If anyone is bothered by this than they have missed the points completely. I know james is fine with it... I would be flattered if people cared that much about me.

I'm kinda torn here too. I'd like to cheer you guys on in your quest of pushing the limits, but I don't want to see anyone get hurt either. Running over 110 with Neil was awesome. I had just as much fun running 90ish with Mark in his SRV 10 feet (or less at some points) away from Tom in the Triad. Maybe having kids gives me a bit of a different mindset about it. I want to play safe at the limits of what I'm capable of. I don't want to end up seriously injured, or worse, there's too much riding on my state of health. I want to give kudos to those who are pushing the envelope, and I want to be there as well. But at the end of the day, I need to earn a buck and be there for those who rely on me, and who are ultimately more important than my silly wants..... I'm pulling for the guys on the edge, wish them luck, and hope they make it back safely!
