As the crow flies, Dave's place 3km from my place on 6ML, always a treat to get out on Gbay to the wind swept sheild islands and eastward leaning pines. Had an absolute blast, with known suspects and new friends. Dave, thanks for graciously hosting. Was a thrill riding shotgun in Al's new 'toon boat @ 85++mph on it's inaugural Gbay run.
The 'Dave's Disater' descriptive is tongue in cheek, created while crying into our beers around starlit camp fire, due to carnage to wallets to either replace imploded/exploded equipment or upcoming pre-determined donations to local Marine Constabulary.
Had a great time, cheers!
