Oh Mighty Wise One>>>> Yamaha Vmax 250 hp....The Hi pressure Fuel Pipe (so called) that attaches to the Fuel Strainer How the hell to you remove that piece Or do I have to purchase one Tx in advance

Watch your mouth...

Bad Influence...are we talking about the metal strainer/filter that is between the VST and the belt driven pumps? If so there is a black plastic sleave the protrudes from the chrome cone...slide the black sleave into the chrome cone with a screw driver and pull the cone down...that will release the filter. This is VERY hard for me to explain without actually showing you.
