You know Dok doesn't live in Yamaha dream world all the time! :lol:

Love the 225 promax with the old school cowl.

Boomer I think you've been exposed to the yamaha kool-aid on your visits to Doks, gonna have to send you to Top Gun for some rehab! :)

And Boomer....I meant the next motor I buy....I already have my 3.3L project. It won't be soon...

Ok another question about this motor. I am not in front of it, it is my father in law's motor and he has the questions over the phone. To pull the lower unit out I seem to think that the shift shaft needs to be disconnected in the motor area somewhere and then it should slide out. Am I on the right track? It is a tiller motor if that info helps.
