INTERESTING, I never knew Second Effort Promoted the Mod C Class

Mod C was dominated by the 30 hp Yamaha triple so Second Effort must have been in very early before racers ran the yamaha.
The Bobcat tunnel also disappeared from Mod C as racers ran larger 12 to 13 foot tunnels.

This is an interesting build.
