Great job guys! Sounds like a great weekend of racing despite breaking shit...that just gets the party started earlier lol.

Not much of a party Doc.
RBT & I did a complete rebuild on the monster. Crank, pistons, rings, rods, reeds, bearings etc.. Got it broken in, ran a few hot (and I mean f*#ckin hot!!) passes and obliterated the top main bearing. As it turns out, a bad bearing!! WTF!!
Did a total thrash last Sunday & Monday and swapped the crank outta my other drag powerhead. All running, all happy, all retorqued. Did testing on Thursday & Friday in Jasper. Things looked really good.
Ran 2 and done on Saturday. Everybody asked me why I was sleeping at the line.....
While RBT was pulling data on Saturday I pulled plugs. 4 looked good, 2 looked off.
Hmmmmm.
Then I found pieces of magnet in the bottom of the pan.
Pulled the flywheel.....
2 magnets.....gone (for the most part)
6 more cracked.....
All I can say is.....
Just wait till Gravenhurst.

Damn Greg, heard you had some issues. And i can't wait to see you fly next season.

This fuel problem down there seems to be a cluster___k, looking forward to hearing news on that, and i hope good news.

So much effort from all involved, keeping my fingers crossed...

Actually from many conversations from ODBA Tech , the exact opposite. They are leaning towards tampering because the fuel results point to poor fuel qualities no matter the set up or changes anyone would've made if they had known. This is pretty serious business now. Have been told 8 boats in total. This is as far as I can comment now due to the "semi" investigation and or discussion happening behind the scenes.
Trust me if anyone had spiked / jacked up the fuel the results would've shown a performance advantage.

You'd like it if you like seeing the best of the best that's for sure
