Had really hoped the two schedules lined up for me to make it but not a chance. Car went well and good to know Dunnville did as well.

Well I have found a set of heads. They will be getting cut! so I will have 180lbs for Jasper!

my lifting strakes are going on next week and the SVS as well! I have also found a 26 drag 4 so legs shouldn't be an issue!

It will be a different boat!

What classes are people deciding on running as per the unfortunate 2013 ODBA rules ?

Ted :
Super Stock 1300lbs & Lake Racer 1390lbs ( under Super Stock weight rules )

We will be testing in throughout September at the exact weights we will need to be running as well. Scugog and Kahshe with Greg and others.

What's even worse for you is that under ODBA / APBA Super Gas rules you aren't allowed to use those heads as it states NO SHORT BLOCK MODIFICATIONS at all
I'd call Mike from ODBA and ask him for the weight you need to run in for Super Stock as well. There isn't a weight listed but there's no reason why you can't run in SS , there just isn't a weight rule as of yet.

Nice nice. Just make sure Mile Clemmons is also aware and ok'd that as he has final say. Mike is a great guy and will tell you 100% as he is THEE tech man. ;)
He will also make rules for you if needed and there aren't any that you need but aren't written yet.
I'd hate to see you do great and get put out due to a "written rule interpretation" Mike has the final say and it's worth the call. As Mercury sells a Short Block it comes with heads so it technically should not be allowed to run them ( although in my opinion you should be :;))
