Your Lifelines should be fine as well as your helmet.

Your kill switch(s) must kill engine and fuel pump at the same time.

In gear idle up start.

It would be real nice. But if Jasper has no boats for this I can pretty much say we will have the same problem besides your boat that is.
You can be competitive in Lake Racer with some testing invested. You have a unique combo but even take Himagain's boat / motor combo. . . with some time invested you can be twice as fast in the first 400' once you get it to come out of the hole better.
I also think we aren't that far away from weights being added to the rules. All it takes is a donation / sponsor to want to help us out. I work with a craning service on a weekly basis and have spoken with the owner regarding this. It's an easy task and like Blarney Island does they have a first of the year weigh in and a weekly weight check on the drivers race card. It's not hard for the future but with your power you have weight and to be honest from my experience it's not the answer to your needs really. Add a boat planing aid and a cavitation plate and do some testing. Heck 24v trim will be way better as well. Any help we can do we will do for any and all racers but we simply have limited boats and people wanting to race to have any more classes. If there's a similar combo I promise you'll get the chance to beat it bud :-)
