ThunderCats and SLTs,
We have a great event planned with OPA Racing this August. (http://www.oparacing.org/race5.html). I know some can and cannot make if, but if you can make it, please let me know so we can add your team to the roster. Attached is our promotion page for the Press Release and Sarnia Bay Marine web site.

Saturday Testing, August 9, 2014

7:30 am - 9:30 am: Mandatory $20 Swim Test (YMCA - Maybelle P. Kurzweil Aquatic Center, 1525 3rd Street, Port Huron, MI)
9:00 am - 1:30 pm: Racer Registration (Train Depot on Court and 1st Street, Port Huron MI)
11:00 am - 12:00 pm: SLT boat launch (Lakeport, MI or 12th Street Boat Ramp, Port Huron, MI)
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm: SLT Thank you luncheon (Sarnia Bay Marina) on site Restaurant
1:30 pm - ???: SLT testing, fun run
5:00 pm - 7:30 pm: Drivers Meet and Greet (Sarnia Bay Marina shallow docks) SLT boats / crew with Team dress code

Sunday Racing, August 10, 2014

9:00 am: Drivers Meeting (405 Water Street, Port Huron MI)
12:00 am: SLT boat launch (12th Street Boat Ramp, Port Huron, MI)
1:00 pm: SLT 15 Lap Marathon Heat 1 St. Clair River, US side
1:30 pm: Refuel in Port Huron, MI, US / Canadian Flag run across to Sarnia
2:00 pm: SLT 15 Lap Marathon Heat 2 St. Clair River, Canadian side
6:00 pm: Awards Celebration

Accommodations:
Free camping at our Lake House in Lakeport, MI. 15 minutes from race headquarters. Also local hotels in both Sarnia and Port Huron.

Sounds like another great one. I went 2 years ago and hope to make this one too. They treat ya nice. Free lunch, free dinner and the bar on the Sarnia side we hung out at had the best chicken wings ever... I guess because they were free for race teams!! 2 pounds per racer!! Good times.
