Jaco's said it was a 1993 when I bought it. Several people have told me that Promax's didn't come out until after 1993, but it is a Promax. I know nothing of its history before I got it in 2013.

I've had two issues in my tenure. The no start issue, and a gearcase rebuild. It's a CLE gearcase with fat shaft sport internals. It has a Bob's nosecone tweaked by Hydromotive.

I never even found out if there is a rev limiter. My limit remains 90 mph

The previous owner(s) may have ran it harder. I bought it from Jaco's and have no history.
