1989 Mercury 60hp 3 cylinder with power trim. Runs but seems to be only running on 2 cylinders, bottom cylinder is flooding out. Not sure what is wrong with it. Good compression, new water pump, coils, plug wires and plugs. Controls included. Make an offer.
