This is a 2000 Cougar 21 MTR which we have owned since new, has been stored the indoors every winter, about 10hrs on rebuilt 280 with top pinned merc single ring pistons by Ted @ speedmaster with ros ecu, new sportmaster, 30ET, cougar tandam trailer,gps monster gauge with new yellow bezels, tuneuu cover and full cover. Rigged by Cougar with bob's jackplate, pro sea star steering, set-back, foot throtle, trim and plate mechincal indicators, aluminum ski pole, billet shifter, pop-up cleats. This has been a great boat for us just dont have the time to use. $29,900. 613 922-0269

very nice boat!!! what speeds are you getting with the 280/ 30 p prop?

Top speed I've seen is 102 on gsp.
