Good to see you getting some riding in. 1800 miles now on the Rush since I did the top end at the beginning of the season and it's running as strong as ever. Broke a new trail speed record for myself last weekend. The trails were supersonic haha

I blew a belt on the seguin...10,600rpm...bang...what an effing mess. Took 1/2 an hour to get the Kevlar out of the secondary lol.

I did manage to sneak by my buddy's new turbo cat on the lake though..

Sleds I've been riding this year, first time out there on a snowmobile. They're a shit ton of fun! The short track only goes 160 on the lake, that seems to be slow around here compared to you guys...

It really depends on how it's treated. Mine had about 5000kms on it. The factory yamaha belt is very hard and usually very durable. I was riding with SuperDave and he's got 10,000kms on his original belt. They do make an awful mess when they let go though..

Always a good idea to have a spare with walking back sucks!!!! (voice of experience) the life of the belt depends on how you ride it. The life expectancy of Boomer's is probably a little shorter the the average. I have the same sled as you there is a place on the belt guard to carry one. If you get a new one ot is important to run them in before you go for a thumb to the bar run down the lake.
