High level set-up action items:

- Launch rescue boat: tentative arrival Friday late afternoon(5-6pm)
- Course buoys: Inflate beach balls, place 2-3 into garbage bags, wire tie off, attach ropes, attach weights, all in rescue boat
- Oval course: requires rescue boat, inflated buoys, will start/finish be at dock or barge?
- Drag course: requires drag buoys, rope, weights
- Snow fence along park/hot pit perimeter at stone wall: GH to provide snow fence, T-bars, pile driver, wire-ties(?)
- Remove parking lot/grass timber barrier and post for trailer/dolly access to grass and down ramp to hot pits
- Remove timber at hot pits/beach to allow dolly access onto beach; requires large crow bar, sledge hammer.
- Judges stand: set up 2 picnic tables, ez-up, weigh scale, extension cords req'd for power from lifeguard station.
- Clock: set up on barge or dock? Validate proper visibility angle from water.
- Corner boats(2): provided by Northern Lakes Marina, install flags, fuel up, anchor, oars.

Currently, rescue boat scheduled to arrive approx 5-6pm, from TO by D Roeterink. It is available any day/time for anyone to haul up prior to Fri June 22nd. Don, if you are driving your truck w/o trailer, going up earliear on Thurs/Fri, I can arrange to get it to you. Arrival of rescue boat on site will determine critical path and task timing completion.

I suspect I will be there with John Archer, and I can likely get more to help if required.

Hey, you've got a crew, pay them the O/T to put yer rigs together.
