Just need some confirmation on what everyone is running for transom height in BSH using the Sidewinder 20. From what I have read the length from the bottom of the transom brackets to the centre of the prop shaft is 17". Given that we are running 1/2" below the bottom of the boat I would assume that everyone is in the 16" to 16 1/4" range for transom height. Can someone running a Sidewinder 20 in BSH confirm this for me please. Thanks.

I don't think any of those guys are here Doug.

On a plus side anyone reading this and thinking of Stock racing... I've been told there are 10 Sidewinders in TORC now. Maybe more by spring who knows, sounds like Doug is ready to buy one too. Electric start model being released in time for Christmas it sounds like. ;)

I'll have a look at my boat tonight or tomorrow morning and get back to you!
10 Sidewinders?! Nothing wrong with that!

Thanks Will. Rob is doing 16 1/2" transom. Looks like we are also sticking with the 1/2" depth. Just need the info for a new boat. Hopefully this all comes together this winter. Waiting for the electric start motors which should be available shortly.
