Post subject:  JUST A REMINDER OF T CLASS ENGINE RULES

For those planning to just show up and run T Class at Gravenhurst.

In T850 you cannot run a pure SST 60 powerhead with a 180 lb. compression head. You will need to use a 160 lb compression head. Make arrangements with Gig to have one for you to use or contact a racer who has extra heads.
Simple change. It can be done at the race. Bring a new head gasket!

In T750. You can run a twin carb,3 cylinder 49 cubic in Mercury or Mariner. You cannot run the 52 or 60 cubic inch motor. You can run an OMC 49 large gear case. Not a 56 cubic inch. People have asked about the 70 hp large gear case Yamaha. It is 52 cubic, we cannot allow it at this point. We need to see how the 49's work out. Our American VP75 friends can run their VP75 boats in T750.
