I could look after designing and getting T-Shirts made for this year? I would just need to know contacts and what format the images need to be, etc. It would also be handy to have electronic files from the last few years as a guide.
Let me know,
Dave.

I didn't do the 2013 shirt, but happy to share contacts/info from any previous years. Selling them is also a real issue though.

So, to put actions with my words...

I've decided after talking to some people to run for the CBF VP of Public Relations.

Why I think I'd be good in this roll:
- I've personally arrange and worked through dozens of trade show booths for boat racing
- I've dealt with private and corporate sponsors at several levels
- I've dealt with media for boat racing at the print, news broadcast, local and national TV series level.
- I've hosted websites and forums for boat racing
- I've wrote and published nice newsletters (near magazine level if you ask me) for boat racing
- I have experience writing press releases for races series, racing divisions, and race teams.
- I've raced Stock Outboard, Modified Outboard, Inboard Hydro and ThunderCats giving a well rounded view of the sport and able to represent everyone.
- I've raced in Canada and the USA both at the club level and Nationals, and now have at the UIM world level

To run for this position I need to submit a form to CBF with 5 2013 CBF members nominating me on it.

If you'd like to see me in this position, please contact me with your details. I will post when I have enough names.

Most importantly, you need to vote at the CBF convention on Nov 30 in Brockville for who you want! (Or send your proxy vote with someone).

Thank you for your time,
Andrew Fralick

Please note, anyone wishing to help out at the CBF level. You must have your nomination in before Nov 15th.

I need 3 names, CBF card numbers and address still :)

Names are taken care of. Thanks people.

After the nomination deadline if there are others running against me I will make some comments with my thoughts and plans. Otherwise, at this point happy to discuss things with anyone one on one.

Most important... vote for someone. This goes for TORC and CBF levels.

If you will not be there, you can proxy vote (give someone who is going the power to vote on your behalf). The form to give this permission will be posted on the CBF site at some point or I'll get it online somewhere.
