as per marks recommendations it is moved back.. but not as far as i could have.

I'm quite confident Mark knows what he's doing, probably better than having to add ballast weight in the bow!

Either way not having the huge tank going up to the front will keep the weight back in the rear. Won't be as much sloshing well. First time out in the spring I will have butter flys..

To Do list:
- plumb gas tank
- Wire new sender
- install Builge
- mount Race hatch hinges
- custom build bump stops for the race hatch
- install custom transom bracket
- install new adjustable foot throttle (sisters got short legs)
- mount setback, lift and motor
- rig motor
- vacuum and wash
- hook up hose
- start motor
- haul it up to rick for filers

This is my new Transom bracket... it will tie in the top motor bolts into the front of the transom knees.... prob dont need it BUT just planning ahead incase i want more setback....

I like the thought of an 'extra' Transom bracket.

Looks like those Props are nicely labbed also ..nice.
