Has a perfectly good core and transom, needs stringers, knees upgraded and will be adding another 3/4" thickness to transom, foam will all be removed from sponsons and not sure if i will replace it, I like these boats with center steer and the driver seat set back 6-10",boat needs a good buff out, somebody added decal stripes ,at some point, those will be removed, and the gel stripes wetsanded out , will try to save them, if not, i will paint them back on and clearcoat the topside, the bottom/hull stripes are still gel and will come back like new,my biggest enemy is always time, but this wknd., i will be cleaning up my shop to make room for this, the next project. Just picked up a fresh built sporty from AIM, Dave built it for his own 280 and installed a fat shaft in it, then sold the virage and 280,so he had this for sale, coupled with an offshore mid and alien cowl, I have all winter to decide which powerhead to freshen up for it,as it stands now, i have 4-5" setback plate, and a 12" bob's action, plus a complete seastar system sitting on the shelf,So, we're well under way, just gotta' get at it !!Image

Game on! good luck with the restoration. It will be nice when you get it all back together and get it out on the water :)
