i still think you could of strung a few more mph out of your yamaha max, but your boat does look great

The BP looks awesome on that boat. It turned out real nice.

probably...but the boat handles so much better just with the weigh saving itself from switching to the merc...dont forget this charger is a heavy one.

like you may have noticed the pics where taken on a scale.
the boat ready to go with 5 gallon of gas and trailer came up to 950kg (2094lbs)
-700lbs for the trailer
-370lbs for the engine
-25lbs (?) jackplate
-5 gallons of fuel
-full size battery, riggind and interior...its a pretty heavy hull

the difference between the 370lbs merc and 425lbs yamaha plus its oil tank is noticeable to say the least
