Porpoising is usually the result of an out of balance condition or too much tale lift. To take a guess sitting here not there, id say the bottom is flexing into a hook shape under load and causing tale lift. On the trailer put a jack under it and lift around the the back just beside the pad and see if it flexes easily. Or is there a visible hook to look at.

I'm sure the 18" setback and 200L of fuel aren't helping things either lol.
