I'm following the Rob Ford workout regiment. 3-5 pushup's every morning before work and another 4-5 before bed.
On top of this I do one V-King transom squat everytime I pass the boat in the garage.
Your going to need all the displacment you can get to pass my quirky Mercury!

i think the Fishing motor powered Triad is going to be faster than the racing motor powered v-king....
