How much core is in a Vision? I have a chance at buying a 1990 Vision, the exterior and interior is all original and mint, even the motor is super clean and not faded.
I think we all know by now that a 26 year old Hydrostream will have issues with the core.

Don't know how much core is in a Vision but you can plan on spending $1500 minimum on materials alone just to replace core and transom. Adjust your offer accordingly.

She's mint for the year but I don't think I have it in me to do another resto project.

There is very little core in a Vision. Check my rebuild thread, I have pictures. Have the core checked before assuming it's bad. The Canadian Edition boats I've seen seem to be laid up different than a normal Hydrostream, mine is an all original 88 with a perfect core.

What Vision are you looking at?

That is a bit more reassuring, I best wait till spring to have a real good look at it, I bought a boat in the winter once, nice and solid till spring lol, I was just a kid but lesson learned.
