Post subject:  Cutting down 2.4L heads

Hi Guys

I bought a 2.4 Carb powerhead and am looking to have some work done. The exhaust is cut like a drag, and has an sst 120 cross drilled intake and is currently set up to run pump gas (heads are “about 34cc”). I want to have the heads cut to 26cc to run our race gas, Sunoco GTX 260 race fuel. Is there anyone local to the Midland area that does this kind of machine work? I am on a tight schedule right now. The engine is being shipped from BC and I hope to have it by the weekend. We leave for an F1 race in Valleyfield next Thursday morning, so I would need them done at the start of next week if possible. Anyone out there who could have them done in time? I would also consider buying a set that are already cut since time is tight.

Thanks,

Morgan
