So I am get to try something a bit different on the weekend of the 25, 26 27th of July.

I will be the driver of the 615 Sale N Buy at the OPA races in St Clair Mich. She is a 26 Velocity with a modified Merc racing 500, putting out 600 hp. This is a bracket class with a top speed limit of 70mph. All boats have a GPS and if you exceed the speed you get a time added to your race. Looks like T Boats but bigger!

Should be a fun weekend. Kind of going back to my roots. I grew up with a 27 power quest with a 500hp... and a 30 foot Eliminator with twin 575.

Jason, St. Clair is a great race. I have raced there 6-8 times. Just be careful in the turns, they can be tricky with the current in that river. Also watch your speed going with the current.

That is super cool Jay ... That would be a blast to run a big boat in big water...Let alone too run in an actual race...
