A pic of the whole boat might be more helpful Ronny, not being a dick but a pic of the plate and a piece of the stern isn't really going to do much.

Ahhhhh...... Ok sorry I thought it was a genuine question about the boat. Hmmmmm...... I guess I have some digging to do than because I have no idea what the hell that thing is.
