Thanks Tom! We leave Wed night night... on the water on Friday. Should be a great time!! First major challenge will be driving for 6 hours from London on the wrong side of the road at what feels like 3:30 am to us (8:30am local). haha.

If we come back in one piece I'll be happy... I have my doubts though! haha. ;) During the surf cross sessions on Monday at 7m tide comes in!! 7m!!!??? LOL. Plus the sea swell, plus the wave crests! I don't know much about tides... but that has got to do something wave wise in the water. Go Team Canada (which feels more like the Jamaican Bobsled Team at this point... haha)

Thanks guys! We love the adventure. Will be a great time regardless. We'll learn lots too, to hopefully improve racing here, of all types. They're so much more professional and organized over there. Lots for our groups to learn.

There will be media/photo/news updates sent out every couple days by their media people. We get to give them a few email addresses to include, so maybe someone will post info or link to it here. Otherwise, watch the TORC sites likely.

We'll try to post some of our stuff, but I think we'll be exhausted. We're there for 11 days, we are on the water for 8 of them. Most days we have to be at the pit area by 7:30am. Plus they have many parties lined up... haha.

Andrew,
Can you send us a link to some of the TV coverage thus far? I understand you guys are TV personalities now?! Is there a way to watch the discovery channel show? I spend some time last night trying to find it through facebook, but I couldn't make it work.

This is gonna be an amazing experience for you guys! I'm really looking forward to hearing how it goes!
Dave.

Thanks again for the wishes guys.

TV, sure, didn't that get on here?

Discovery show:
Our segment starts at 07:25 I think. It's about 5-6 minutes long.

(that should be it... I can't view at work)

Any updates we find time to do (limited, we're racing 8 out of 11 days there) will be either on facebook or twitter
facebook: http://www.facebook.com/FralickRacing
Twitter: @FralickRacing

Event media releases will be sent to Heather Knox and distributed to some key people (TORC exec and such)... I'm not sure what she will receive, but keep your eyes on places she or executive post or the torc.ca site and maybe you'll see updates and photos there too.

Our website for more particulars on the event is http://www.TeamCanadaThunderCat.weebly.com

We're all packed and leave tomorrow! Supposed to be interviewed live on the radio when we get there. Hopefully we're not embarasing from the beginning...haha. We've never done live before.
