Well simcoe was finally calm enough to get the panther out for a speed run yesterday morning. I was by myself and I hit 77 mph at 5800 rpm, it handles pretty good at speed. It consistanly runs above 70 with me and my dad in the boat. Off topic but the 13 checky might be getting the surf 60 put on soon as the mariner has a few bugs. I was told it was a 49 ci block but is now a 56. How is it possible to tell the difference? Hope everyone had a fun, safe weekend of boating.

Thanks Steve, my parents and i were on snake island all last week and could we get calm water to run in? No haha it has been brutal by the island as well. Dubber, were currently turning a 28 pitch large ear chopper and the rpm was around 56-5800. There's still a touch more to go from what I could feel, maybe a couple hundred rpm tops.

Got the gps out this morning before the rain just started, simcoe was finally near perfect conditions and with more seat time, the panther is now at 79 mph. Can't wait to break 80
