Geez, I hope none of you guys kill yourself trying to go as fast as possible in the cheapest possible vessel. Here's some food for thought. My boat, with a VERY tired stock 225, holds eight people, has 150lbs of stereo In it, a ladder, and a ski bar, runs exactly 8.7 mph slower than a certain 21' foot boat with an additional 100 (one hundred) hp, lightened, modified pad, cockpit cover thingy boat with a whack of setback. If you guys are all buddy's your sure beating the shit out of each other!

It will never have a 25" mid. It would have another 20" and you have to respect allstock for his boat.

Allstock.. That is cooool.

This whole 3500 bucks thing is a dumb argument... The boat is worth double that or more.. So that argument is gay. I should not have called it ugly though.. That was not nice.

My boat is faster. More comfortable.. Handles better... Holds more dogs... These things cost money. Please don't fault me for that.

i did 71 mph for $2500, with 10 min of boomer setup time, which consisted of a 6 inch jack, 25" mid , single cable steering and shifter/throttle/trim switch, in my right hand.. :lol:

you guy are far more advanced then a strapped for cash guy,, you have to admit!! iv always been a fan of the small boat big motor idea :idea:

james and 3bps obviously got alot of freebies and cheap parts on this build, not to mention the labour they and there friends put in ,, im sure it really did only cost them $3500 out of the wallet...

couldn't build that boat for what they did...they have the resources..
