It was set as a dsra , heads , 16amp charge n so on.. it was on snf last yr.

Rights..... And how fast did your DSRA motor push your SS... or even your rocket????

P.S..... You should have came to the M.R.S. run.... You were missed.

My ss2000 would bounce a 28drag of the 7200 limter. so i guess 90s??? there was no speedo that worked. the rocket i only drove once, I know it beat all the chargers at funville, was not far behind the nxt class up, crushed most out of the hole then id lose lengths by my lack of horsepower and my lack given i was till hooking up the trim at dunville. oh ya first and last time i ever drove that boat too...lol. I know mark in texas had a 2003 xr2001rr with a tight promax coming up on 109mph.. but he seems to really know how to dial in a boat and proved it with i think a couple of championships..... On a side note ya missed the mrs run.. been a busy season for me, but ill be out nxt yr... at most events for sure including all the drags.... Ill beat any allison with my stv at the drags... there said it.. lol

I guess a 200 like that one would be around the 245hp mark?? give or take. so xr's can run fast with alot of testing and not a whole lot of power. I think a ss is a much slower hull, Ive had 2. there pretty fun awsome to look at, but alot of ally guys say they are the most ill handling allisons made. but i have a brand new stv now so i dont care. lol

Hahaha Lee you can port a 2.5 steel motor like a drag block minus the chest. So 245 is easy for a behind the liner massively port block

well good...lol.. I dont know im not a engine builder. Im just a construction guy.

Dude... I said earlier that I am sure He did 122.... I said that it was nowhere close to being a 200 any longer and should not be presented as such. I have been to nascar races before and would not say that I have a simple 355 if I was driving Jeff Gordon's car at 200mph.

Sooooo.... You got a promax with tight heads, Which likely makes 245hp as well. On a XR2001 with hours and hours of testing. 109mph passes the validation committee... But I would think it would take a good run to get there.

That is the funniest thing I've read on the internees today Jamescole....which is a big deal considering the image of Lee's GPS flying from his spinning Alliston is still fresh....

Just some more food for the thought regarding the A Boat. The current 200 hp Bass Kilo Record is 102.099 mph. This was with a Mercury 200XS OptiMax outboard-powered Allison XB 2002 bass boat.
