You're looking at great hulls. Challenger, superboat, scorpion, Tuff... All nice. If I heard right, one of V8's neighbours is looking to get rid of his Suzuki powered scorpion. Maybe he can chime in, and correct me if I'm wrong lol.... Where abouts are you max??

I'm in Ottawa, mostly boat at the cottage in Quebec and on the Ottawa river.

Is the scorpion a direct splash? Was the hull modified? Looks good, I'm not really a fan of those windshields though :)

lets stop you for a second... whats your budget for this build including motor?

James, if i need to restore it I'm basing my budget on some of the info you provided me with. Thanks again.

If I find a deal like the challenger you sold...I'll end up going that route.

it is too bad you didnt see my ad .... i would have liked it to stay in ontario... but aside from that keep looking, i wouldnt settle with a scorpion just for resale value after.

X2

A Challenger is a Challenger....everything else is just a copy.
....and there's nothing wrong with a Canadian built Challenger.
There's a couple floating around that are very lite as well and ran hi 70's with a single 2.4 EFI back in the 80's.
