Several of my friends owned them. It didn't matter if you were an experienced driver or not. The hull over reacts to wind and water conditions without warning. The boat runs nose high in order to get performance. It is too short a hull for the hull design.

As posted above, these are cool boats but I've heard they are pretty finicky when it comes to staying right side up.
I'd get as much weight out of the ass end as I could and keep it under 80.

16', seats four, AND holds 90 litres of fuel?!?!? My 16 footer has a 10 gal aluminum cell that takes up the whole back end, where do they put the rest???

i think its neat, but i had a 225 on a 16' sidewinder and thought it was the s*%$ :lol: im not one to judge

if I was tempted to go that direction it would be a 19' Cougar! they'll turn a decent number with small power and user friendly!
