Saw this on the "Hydrostream boat lovers" forum on Facebook

"3.0 2 speed drag race motor. It's a highly modified Merc 3.0L that makes 500hp, and 650hp juiced up. The tranny is a 2 speed Lenco. Dude in Florida, Larry Smith, and Tony Brucato designed and built it for a TRIAD drag hull to assault the Unlimited Outboard drag record"
