Sorry we missed you at the race could have come over for a bite to eat after the races with some of the other guys

Lwp...I'd be jacking it a 1/4" at a time and see what happens, once you get to that sweet spot you can decrease the increments of movement.

I think in both your cases I'd be propping to turn in the 7100-7200 area.

The 26 might actually be too much pitch but you should pick up some more rpm when you raise the motor.

Will do on jacking the motor up, i can only do one hole in the motor. Ive got one of Kevi's setbacks on it, i should be able to lift that up half an inch with all the allen screws right? I think that would put me up in around 68-7000 rpm but not sure a raker would slip like crazy spinning that quick. The lake is terrible this weekend so i might try get it lifted up that one hole and try it on monday

Someone did ask about bigger rakes for v4 13 spline.
A 24 if a mark raker can go to 26 or 27 pitch.
They use them on the 140 Johnson in Europe offshore circuit racing. Cheaper than a win race prop and better bow lift.

Yep, just loosen the screws, adjust to where you want and tighten.
