McVDoo was running very nice, trimmed right; guessing you were getting 64-5mph out of it? I'll bring Voodoo out next time, have same engine cowl. Drop into Long Lake next time for a boot. Cheers You were flying, that Hydrostream is fast! Boat looks awesome! I think I know where you are on long lake (orange garage?). |

I am actually the second owner, Randy Wicks of Wicks Construction in Gravenhurst was the original owner. I am pleased to have it back. I am goign to run it as is for the rest of the season and then start the overhaul process. Nothing major just come odds and ends. |

All that foam up front is that factory. My 89 voodoo never had that in the front. |

I am to believe the open cell foam that you can see, darker yellow, is factory. It is the same foam the builder used to secure the cardboard roll the rigging was snaked through from the dash to the stern. The white/light yellow foam is home insulation foam some sprayed in along the line. Not sure what the rationale on that was... |

The cardboard roll for the rigging in mine was glued in. Never had any foam in the front it was all nice and clean. Only foam was at the back between the drain hole and it was fiberglassed in. Must be having fun getting under there to get it out. Tight area. |
