The alternative to the costs, mailing in letters, and standing in line and getting the vessel stickers is that we could all apply to a government agency with a fee listing the reasons why we should be allowed to do this and perhaps, just perhaps the person reviewing the application is in a good moo...

I really don't like the fact that you have to mail in this bullshit... you used to be able to walk into the Service Canada and get it done.... they claim its easier... for them maybe. now i have to wait for them to get it together and risk two weeks of boating not have the craft licensed.... STUPID...
