I hit the rev limiter when I tried underpropping it ie. below 17” pitch. My outfit with me in it weighed 900lbs. It’s happy place was with a 19 and 21” prop, running 5800-6100 rpm. Outfit really moved along for a utility. Now BRP has discontinued the production and sale of Evinrude motors, that happ...

My understanding of the 40-60 etec is that the powerhead is the decades old 45 with FI and ECU added. The 40-60 etec are all identical motors with different ECU mapping. They all have the same top end, the difference is acceleration. I owned a 50 and the block looked identical to the 45 to me.

Are you on the Muskoka SeaFlea site? Where are people going to run into your product at? Who are you boot strappi...

Think about where you draw new racers from. I would imagine new racers would be more likely to come through TORC, stock outboarders circle race to begin with. Maybe a drivers school could be an option. There was also a post on hydroracer awhile back of guys in region 6 thinking of starting a class t...

Don’t know if any of you guys have seen this post in the OPC section of hydroracer but there’s some chatter there from a group of guys in region 6 looking to get a class going like the COR100 class out west. You might want to take a look and mention your T classes here. Looks to me like most of the ...
