Hobbing custom gears, grinding and heat treating them in low volume would be very costly. I think the 2 cyl. case is the way to go. We run 12.5" diameter and higher pitch on our T-750 and turn 7350 rpm. Our rig race ready is 760 lbs. with driver. So I know we will need higher pitch props that a... |

I,m interested in a small shaft Sport Master with 1.75:1 gears and 15" vertical shaft. Is that what you are selling? Also, how bad was the damage to the skeg? |

OK Sounds good to me. I will be there Friday morning. I think we should ask everyone in the "T" classes to report to me Friday before 7:00 pm for safety inspection. I will not chase everyone down. Safety inspection, as is registration, is the responsibility of the driver. So please see me ... |

We're in. Thom & Todd. Todd for 850 and I'll step up if we have a light boat count. That does not appear to be the case. We are registered. |

Yes, you just measured the later carbs to be smaller. The inlet will be the same on both. The venturi is smaller on the later carbs ( 1" vs. 1.25" ), and the outlet to the reeds is 1.5" on the early carbs and 1.25" on the later carbs. So you require less hi speed jet size as I st... |

The difference is probably due to the smaller venturi & throat in the later model carbs. The smaller venturi has a higher pressure drop and sucks in more fuel than the larger venturi, so a bigger jet is required. I think the older carb has 1 1/2" throat, while the newer carb has a 1 3/8&quo... |
